Speedy Scrimmage Team
We will hold Scrimmage Team Evaluations from 6:00 to 8:00 pm. Check-in begins at 5:45 pm. There is no cost for Evaluations. Please fill out the reservation form below but do not pay at the confirmation page.
This Fall and Winter we will be running our Scrimmage Team again (recommended for grades 5th through 9th Beginner through Intermediate levels). Our season will run September 7th through February 27th. Practices will be Mondays with in-house games on Wednesdays! Additional scrimmage games will be scheduled beginning mid-November with local volleyball clubs including an all-day Play Day Tournament!
The Speedy Scrimmage Team is designed for those athletes who want to improve their volleyball skills quickly and play on a consistent basis. It is a great opportunity for players who did not make their high school JV team and/or cannot commit the money and time associated with club volleyball. If you have a multi-sport athlete, the scrimmage team is a great way to play volleyball several times a week without the stress of a huge all-weekend commitment. We will initially meet 2x per week with an additional day TBD for scrimmages Nov-Feb. All practices and games are optional.
Player Evaluations
Wednesday, September 7th 6-8 pm at Speedy Outdoor – Taylorsville
We would like to field a team of 12-14 players. Player Evaluations will help us select players who are athletic, coachable, and good teammates. Cuts might be made depending on how many players come out.

***Most scrimmage games will be held at club location so some local travel is expected.
If selected for the team, the cost is $600/player for approximately 20 Practices, 20 In-House Games, plus 8-12 Scrimmage Games and one tentative all day Play Day Tournament. That’s 6 months of high level training and games! Any qualified parent who wishes to help coach, can receive a discount.
All participants must be pre-registered. Please fill out our registration form only once, then you can make reservations for the events you are interested in.
