- Captains and/or coach should contact Coach Stacy if less than 6 players are available to play to request a sub at least 24 hours prior to the start of your game
- Please confirm with Coach Stacy the following information: Captains and Team Name.
- Adjusted Game Rules: Because our league is instructional and designed to teach the game and build confidence, players will be allowed to begin serving in the court. This allows more opportunities to receive the serve and play the ball. It also builds service confidence. For Int/Adv, if serving underhand, serve must be completed behind the end line without foot fault. If serving overhand, players may start 1/3 in the court. After each successful serve, player is to take one big step back. This continues until server is able to serve successfully behind the line, then they must remain there for the remainder of their service turn without foot fault. This may be repeated each time they serve. For Beg/Int, either type of serve may begin 1/3 into the court, taking a step backward after each successful serve. Foot faults will not be called for Beg/Int.
- Playing time – leagues are designed to be instructional and fun therefore coaches try to give equal playing time to all athletes that arrive on time. If there are questions, the player should communicate with their coach first, then if additional issues arise, player and parents should communicate with the coach, if things are still not resolved, player, parents, and coach should communicate with Coach Stacy.
- Parents and Fans should not address players on the court and cheering should be position. No taunting or coaching from the sidelines.
For game day, please arrive about 10 minutes prior to your scheduled game time. Wear your team shirt and comfortable athletic clothing. Bring plenty of water, a healthy snack, good court shoes, and knee pads (optional).
Please clean up after yourself. ALL children must be supervised.
